Yesterday night was fantastic - the evening cocktail was set up around a banyan tree in the middle of the island & the congregation area was transformed into a fairytale wonderland. We were all dressed in white & tree fairies seduced us with their winsome smiles while sitted on swings hung from the tree branches. We had the Minisiter of Tourism and Civil Aviation of Maldives, The Honourable Dr. Mahamood Shougee, together with our President & CEO Joel Tiphonnet officially announced the opening of Club Med Kani in a ribbon cutting ceremony. After dinner, we had a band specially flown in from Singapore to keep us entertained till the wee hours of the morning.
